Here are some home remedies for fibroids:

 1. Castor oil poultice

Castor

Applying a castor oil poultice to the stomach helps stimulate the lymphatic and circulatory system, and increases lymphocytes (disease-fighting cells) to flush pathogenic toxins from the body. Many holistic practitioners believe that an accumulation of these toxins plays an important role in the development of fibroids. Castor oil also contains ricinoleic acid with anti-inflammatory properties. The following remedy may help shrink fibroids and also help relieve pain. Soak a piece of flannel in castor oil. Place it on your abdomen and cover it with plastic wrap (cellophane).
Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on it and cover it with an old towel. Leave it on for about an hour and then remove it.
Repeat three or four times a week for at least a month, or until you see improvement.
Note: Do not use this remedy during your period or if you are trying to conceive

2. The chaste tree

The cattail, also known as  Vitex agnus-castus, is native to Southern Europe and the Mediterranean regions. It is an excellent herbal solution for maintaining hormonal balance, estrogen levels, and reducing inflammation. Just take 25 to 30 drops of catnip dye two to four times a day.
Note: Catnip will help regulate menstruation and bleeding between periods, but can also reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills.

3. Garlic

Garlic

Garlic is a natural antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory properties that discourage the growth of uterine tumors and fibroids. So, you can eat three to five cloves of garlic per day. If the taste and smell of garlic is too strong for you, follow it up with a glass of milk. Milk will also help reduce the incidence of fibroids.

Boil three tablespoons of dandelion root in 3 to 4 cups of water.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let steep for 15 minutes.
Drink this tea three times a day for at least three months.

5. Green tea

Green tea: Health benefits, side effects, and research

Studies indicate that green tea contains a compound called epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) which inhibits the growth of fibrous cells possibly by increasing their death rate.EGCG offers anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative and antioxidant effects.
Researchers have found that in addition to reducing the size of fibroids, green tea can reduce the severity of fibroid symptoms.
Drink two or three cups of green tea or take two 400 mg capsules of green tea per day for several months.

6. Burdock root

Add a teaspoon of dried burdock root to a cup of hot water.
Let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes, then strain.
Drink this tea three times a day.
Alternatively, you can take 10 to 25 drops of burdock root tincture three times a day.

Also, dietary changes can help treat fibroids and relieve symptoms. The lifestyle changes below are also important for preventing fibroids.
A clinical study in China shows that obesity and being overweight increase the risk of uterine fibroids. This happens because fat cells produce large amounts of estrogen. Losing weight can help prevent or reduce the size of fibroids.
