 The adenomyosis uterus endometriosis is a special type that was first described in 1860 by Dr. Rokytanskym. Anterior female genital endometriosis is common in two types:

Internal genital endometriosis (with areas located deep in the walls of the uterus);

External genital endometriosis (when endometrial cells are implanted under the outer muscles of the uterus).
Currently, doctors prefer to treat these two types of endometriosis separately. Internal genital endometriosis is called adenomyosis. About 15% of women with endometriosis also have adenomyosis. These two diseases differ in their pathogenesis and symptoms.

Adenomyosis usually occurs in patients between the ages of 40 and 50, however, there are cases of the disease outside this age group. It is usually diagnosed in women who have given birth as an adult. However, there are cases of U19 adenomyosis in women who have not given birth. A great controversy raises the question of " adenomyosis and pregnancy ". In some cases, she cannot get pregnant, but it also happens that women with adenomyosis become pregnant successfully and give birth. In any case, it is better to treat the disease first and then plan a child. Especially since the disease can be easily combated by natural remedies.Discover the effective natural treatment to cure adenomyosis by clicking on the image below.

Causes of adenomyosis

Although 140-year-old studies do not clearly explain the pathogenesis of the disease, experts present different hypotheses. Thus, the causes of adenomyosis can be:

-mechanical trauma (birth, abortion, surgical curettage, gynecological surgery on the uterus);

-inflammation;

-Cells of metaplasia (undifferentiated growth of the endometrium);

-hormonal factors (high levels of prolactin and progesterone);

-local estrogen synthesis in adenomyosis cells;

-weak immune system
Symptoms of adenomyosis

Sometimes the disease is asymptomatic. The main symptoms of adenomyosis:

- heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding

-bleeding is not related to menstruation;

-pain before and after menstruation;

- painful menstruation;

- enlarged uterus;

-pain when probing the uterus

Natural treatment

Adenomyosis can be successfully treated with folk remedies: plants, clay, etc. all the recipes I give below are for hormonal normalization and for destroying endometrial cells, you can choose an alternative method or treatments.

herbage:  Herbal remedies can be very helpful in the treatment of adenomyosis. They stimulate the acceleration of the decay products of estrogen in the liver. Plus, they help regulate the level of estrogen and progesterone (a hormone that contributes to disease). Finally, different plants have the ability to relieve certain symptoms, sometimes very painful, of uterine adenomyosis. Herbs also help restore balance to body and mind. Taking these recommended herbs can eliminate some of the symptoms almost immediately, but you should remember that the treatment should be done for a long time until the disease disappears completely.

You will also need to take aromatic herbs used in aromatherapy or homeopathy. They can be combined with other natural products.

White willow (Salix Alba)

White willow white willow

White willow bark has been known since time immemorial as a powerful sedative. It can also be very useful in the natural treatment for adenomyosis. White willow has a sedative, antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory action.
Contraindications:  do not give willow bark herbal teas to pregnant women, children or the elderly.
Method of preparation:  To prepare the soup, you need to take 2 teaspoons of dried zest in a cup of boiling water and steep for 20 minutes.

Chataignier vitex agnus castus

If the cause of adenomyosis is a high level of progesterone, the chestnut can cure this disease completely because this plant gives the body a certain amount of progesterone, which is milder than that produced in the body. It can also be used as a sedative and antispastic action.
Contraindications: Do not use this infusion for pregnant women, children or the elderly.
Method of preparation: To prepare it is necessary to take a teaspoon of the dried plant in a cup of boiling water and let it brew for 15 minutes. Do not take more than 3 cups per day.

Angelica (Angelica sinensis)

Angelique angelica sinensis
This herb has been used for thousands of years in Asia to treat many ailments in women (adenomyosis, endometriosis, vaginal discharge, period pain, irregular menstrual cycles, lack of periods, heavy bleeding, and prolonged symptoms of PMS, menopause and female infertility ). Angelica also known to provide energy, vitality, improves immunity.
The plant contains the active ingredient (coumarin), which dilates blood vessels, stimulates the central nervous system and increases blood flow throughout the body. It can also relax the muscles of the uterus. Angelica contains iron, vitamin B12, and vitamin E and therefore may play a role in stimulating the production of red blood cells that carry oxygen to all cells. Chinese doctors prescribe angelic cases of problems with blood circulation and blood pressure. This product contains folic acid, which helps treat adenomyosis. It is a source of natural estrogen (phytoestrogen), lower than those produced in the human body, but more favorable to women's health. The plant has an anti-inflammatory effect and helps overcome hormonal disorders. Treatment of adenomyosis will be faster and more effective. The molded shaft helps reduce pain and hormone alignment, leading to the dissolution of endometrial cells, and thus, adenomyosis goes away.

Note:  This herb can be used during pregnancy, with severe monthly bleeding during menstruation, and in patients taking medicines that thin the blood (eg, aspirin).

Dosage: The treatment of adenomyosis with angelica can take the form of tea or swallowing the dry root of this plant.

For example, tea is prepared as follows:

-1 tablespoon for a cup of boiling water plants.

-Infused for 5 minutes, take 3 times a day before meals.

The root can also be cut into small pieces (5 cm long) and swallowed a piece three times a day. Doctors recommend starting the day after your period and ending the day you ovulate. Then wait for ovulation to occur (2-3 days), then continue to take angelica extract until the onset of menstruation. This therapy can be performed 2-3 times to get rid of uterine adenomyosis.

Black cohosh is a herb that is traditionally used in the treatment of adenomyosis and other "female problems", such as symptoms of menopause, painful or irregular periods, PMS, fertility abuse. It has a calming and anti-inflammatory effect and relieves muscle pain. Black cohosh contains phytoestrogens (plant estrogen has an anti-tumor effect), which interact with hormone receptors in the uterus, breast, and other parts of the body. Black cohosh improves blood flow to the genitals and can, therefore, reduce the intensity of painful uterine contractions and stabilize hormone levels. Phytoestrogens are extremely helpful for women with adenomyosis.

Note:  Treatment with black cohosh is not possible in pregnant women and young nursing mothers. In addition, this plant is contraindicated in heart problems.

Dosage: Take a spoon of plants to pour into a thermos and pour 1 liter of boiling water. Infused for 10 hours, then drink (no more than 1 liter per day). The infusion can be sweetened with honey. The duration of treatment for uterine adenomyosis varies from one month to six months (depending on the severity of the disease).

Because adenomyosis is a disease associated with poor circulation, many healers prefer to deal with hirudotherapy. It reduces inflammation. To cure adenomyosis, these animals should be applied to the lower abdomen. Don't try to remove the sticky power from your body, just wait for it to go away. Treatments should be made at 2-3 day intervals. As a rule, in order to get rid of adenomyosis, 4-6 sessions of treatment with leeches are required.

Good nutrition is important for every disease, and adenomyosis is no exception. Studies show that increased consumption of vegetables reduces the risk of disease by 40%. The reason is simple: the fibers in fruits and vegetables help detoxify estrogen. Additionally, your diet should be aimed at reducing the inflammation that accompanies adenomyosis. Experts recommend excluding:

-cereals

-dairy products

-sugar

-Vegetal oils

-processed foods (crisps, semi-finished products, etc.)
