Here are some home remedies for fibroids:

     1. Castor oil poultice

I51232 huile de ricin composition utilisation bienfaits

Applying a castor oil poultice to the stomach helps stimulate the lymphatic and circulatory system, and increases lymphocytes (disease-fighting cells) to flush pathogenic toxins from the body. Many holistic practitioners believe that a build-up of these toxins play an important role in the development of fibroids. Castor oil also contains ricinoleic acid with anti-inflammatory properties. The following remedy may help shrink fibroids and also help relieve pain. Soak a piece of flannel in castor oil. Place it on your abdomen and cover it with plastic wrap (cellophane).
Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on it and cover it with an old towel. Leave it on for about an hour, then remove it.
Repeat three or four times a week for at least a month, or until you see improvement.
Note: do not use this remedy during your period or if you are trying to conceive.

    Simmer for 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let steep for 15 minutes.

    5. Green tea

Studies indicate that green tea contains a compound called epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) which inhibits the growth of fibrous cells eventually by increasing their death rate. EGCG offers anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative, and antioxidant effects.
Researchers have found that, in addition to reducing the size of fibroids, green tea can reduce the severity of fibroid symptoms.
Drink two or three cups of green tea or take two 400 mg capsules of green tea per day for several months.
